We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed between 1 p.m. ET Friday through 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If we’re confused about your order, we’ll contact you to gather the information we need to expedite the order.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
All US orders are shipped via USPS and are usually received within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Cost varies by location. We can tell you that our integrated checkout system calculates the shipping cost for your specific order, and seeks to find the lowest rate available.
We ship all over the world…if you can receive mail, we can ship to you! But you’ll have to be patient, as international orders can take up to two weeks to get to you. We do our best to label our packages so that they go smoothly through customs. But sometimes, the customs office in your country can hold up your package delivery, and when this happens, it’s a real bummer, but there isn’t anything we can do. Please make sure when ordering that you give as complete an address as possible. Also, the shipping amount we charge does not include taxes or duties. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.
People make returns for all kinds of reasons and we won’t judge you for that. Our return policy depends on why you are returning it.
“Changed My Mind”
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have 15 days to request a return. As long as the item is in new, unworn condition, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping cost) to your original form of purchase (credit card or PayPal). If you've missed the 15-day window, we can issue a store credit up to 45 days from your order. If you simply want to get a different product or size, place a new order and then send the first order back to us. Your new products will ship out right away, and we will refund your original form of payment as soon as we get it. Items need to be in original, unworn, condition to get your refund. Note: There is a $5.00 re-stocking fee for exchanges.
“My Shoes are the Wrong Size!”
If your shoes are the wrong size, the fastest way to get a new pair is to place a new order in the size you want and send the first pair back to us.
We will credit your account for the amount of your first purchase. We allow one size exchange per order with free shipping, but we will charge a $5.00 handling fee to complete the exchange. Use code exchshipping-03 at checkout to receive this discount.
*Important note for our international customers: we can only offer this one-time free shipping to customers in the United States. International customers will be issued store credit to place a new order.
“My item is messed up!”
Stuff happens! If your product is damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it no cost to you. You just need to let us know about the problem within 5 days of receiving it. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a mailing label to ship your product back and instructions for getting your new pair. It's also helpful if you send us a picture of the problematic item.
